About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Coach to join our team at the Monte Nido Eating Disorder Program of Eugene. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting adults recovering from eating disorders through therapeutic interventions and group activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to clients in developing healthy connections with their peers and treatment team.
- Assist with meal preparation and supervision, modeling positive eating habits and behaviors.
- Participate in therapeutic groups, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for growth and development.
- Conduct rounds and provide observations to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; at least two years post-high school education required.
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
