Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to join our growing team at Creative Interventions LLC, dedicated to supporting Connecticut families.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:

  • Establishing strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients and caregivers.
  • Implementing program objectives, skill acquisition programming, and behavior intervention plans or protocols as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collecting and maintaining data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
  • Maintaining cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
  • Continuously developing understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
  • Communicating needs regarding consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.
Requirements

All Candidates Must Maintain:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A current auto insurance policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in a related human service field.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
