Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bowling Department Supervisor to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, promoting services, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise department staff, provide guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to increase bowling game sales, membership promotions, and event bookings.
  • Operations: Manage daily operations, including lane maintenance, pinsetter system operation, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized attention, offer expert advice on bowling techniques, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff, focusing on operational procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous Retail/Restaurant Experience: Proven track record of success in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and supervise staff, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Experience with sales promotion, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Operational Management: Strong understanding of operational procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and management.
