ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes:
- Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice
- Directing and guiding patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel
- Communicating with physicians about changes in patient condition, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current and valid state RN license
- A current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- A current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred)
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience (preferred)
- Ventilator Management experience (preferred)
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree (preferred)
