Job Summary

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department. As a RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in the PACU, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

Requirements

Active RN licensure in Kentucky (KY) or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges in good standing.
BLS certification.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
Previous experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Cardiac, Emergency, or Critical Care service lines preferred.
