Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our team in the oncology department at Englewood Health. The successful candidate will be a skilled clinician and patient advocate, providing expert care in a specialized area of nursing practice.

About Our Cancer Center:

Our state-of-the-art cancer treatment center features a 36-bay infusion center, cutting-edge Radiation Oncology suite, and full range of medical, surgical, genetic counseling, and Palliative Care services. As a leader in cancer care, we actively participate in clinical trials and educate medical students and house staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning health promotion and preventive care within a specialized area of practice.
  • Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems according to established joint nursing/medical protocols.
  • Certify chemotherapy/Biotherapy knowledge and review/write chemo orders based on national guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree required; Certified in Oncology preferred.
  • License/Certification/Registry: RN/NP license; AOCNP certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
