Retail Solutions Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Solutions Growth Manager to lead our $6M CPG account base while expanding relationships and revenue across the book of business, as well as bringing in new clients.

We are the share leader in North America in selling, producing, and executing end-to-end in-store advertising, found in retailers like Kroger, Albertsons, Dollar General, Loblaws, Metro, CVS, and Walgreens.
Our owned & operated cash back shopping app, Checkout 51, along with the deterministic first-party data it generates, complements and powers our programmatic digital media offering and, along with our FSI, we completely surround and guide shoppers towards purchase in-store or online.
Responsibilities- Employ effective selling strategies to successfully increase revenue across accounts in a way that is aligned with company goals and profitability requirements.
- Manage relationships and negotiations at all levels of assigned region/accounts.
- Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objectives and how Neptune capabilities can help potential customers achieve their goals, and to build out robust opportunity pipelines.
- Drive adoption of Neptune solutions by creating client-centric campaigns utilizing the Neptune capabilities and resources to address client needs.
- Ability to build recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is essential.
- Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting to management.
- Demonstrated ability with tangible results and references to grow revenue through their own actions over at least 1.5 consecutive years.
- Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth potential.
- Self-starter with high-level personal accountability and sense of urgency who takes initiative and acts quickly within fast-paced environments.
- Success in building strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
- Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of CPG and the retail industry.
The estimated salary range for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Location and DepartmentThis position is located in the US and is part of our Sales department. Remote work is available, with occasional travel up to 25% of the time, mostly in New England and New York.
