Job Summary

We are looking for CNAs who share our commitment to excellence and are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA at Cadia Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services provided.
  • Support a culture of safety and quality, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing, with a valid certification in any state. Previous long-term care experience is desirable, but not required.
