Job Summary

Apple is seeking an exceptional Senior UI Compositing Software Engineer Manager to lead a highly skilled engineering team in the design and implementation of critical rendering technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience managing large cross-functional products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and implementation of critical rendering technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering management and project leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Prior experience in leading large cross-functional products.
  • Excellent software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in strategic leadership and decision-making.
  • Genuine passion for 2D and 3D graphics.
  • Experience with OpenGL, Vulkan, Metal, or other GPU programming APIs.
  • Experience with software performance analysis, optimizations, and low-level systems programming.
