About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services' Portland Service Center in Oregon. The successful candidate will oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring the success of our Multnomah County operations.

As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for supervising Residential Administrators, documenting supervision activities, and maintaining professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information. You will also protect client confidentiality while in the community and demonstrate competence in leadership, program planning and budgeting, fiscal management, supervision of program staff, and personnel management.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple facilities and/or programs at once. Preference will be given to candidates with strong leadership and program management skills.

Vocational Training Program

ColumbiaCare Services offers a Vocational Training Program to support employees in achieving certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). This program provides accelerated training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation to help employees meet the required 1000 supervised hours for QMHA certification.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $99,999 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, affordable medical and dental plans, flexible spending accounts, generous paid time off, and a Whole Health & Wellness Reimbursement Program.
