Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote insurance and risk management services to member cities and other public agencies.
  • Travel throughout the commonwealth to meet with clients and promote services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefits and municipal insurance services and programs.
  • General knowledge of marketing, training, and research techniques.
  • Ability to implement and evaluate marketing programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written communication.
  • Possession of either a Health & Life or Property & Casualty Agent's license in the state of Kentucky is strongly preferred.
