Assistant Director Job Description

As a key member of the OneTouch Direct team, the Assistant Director plays a vital role in driving business growth and excellence. Reporting to the Call Center Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the operational execution and management of staff, with a focus on achieving targeted KPIs and profitability metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of up to 300 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
