About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Associate to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Pharmacy Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the pharmacy area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
