Company Overview:
RN Staff, a renowned healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our occupational therapists to deliver exceptional patient care. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and record-keeping.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 based on national averages and industry standards in the United States.

Job Description:
We are searching for a highly skilled and organized COTA to join our dynamic team. As a COTA at RN Staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and assist them in achieving their goals. You will work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with an average of 8 hours per day. While we strive to meet our staffing needs, there is no guarantee of full-time employment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
  • Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
