Insurance Sales Representative

As an Agent Team Member with Michael Oehrke - State Farm Agent, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use excellent communication skills to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals.
