About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Trained Medication Aide to join our team at Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated campus offering skilled nursing services and memory care to seniors. As a Trained Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Moose Lake policies.
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Review and follow written care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for each resident.
  • Measure and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure, using our computerized software.
  • Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Must hold current TMA certification in Minnesota.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to stand for the length of an 8-hour shift.
