Riptide Technology, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team in Suitland, Maryland. This hybrid role combines remote and on-site work, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with a proven track record of implementing agile methodologies and processes across customer initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading delivery teams, overseeing migration of large systems to the Cloud, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud migration processes, including experience leading delivery teams overseeing migration of large systems to the Cloud.
  • Will work to provide introduction, adoption, and maturity of Agile methodologies and processes across customer initiatives.
  • Review project schedules with project managers; communicate overall status to Program Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Provide training, ongoing instruction, and leadership for Agile team(s).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coach on Agile values and practices.
  • Facilitate team retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and hustle skills.
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional off-hours work to support releases and outages.

Work Environment

The working environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature. The job requires occasional standing and walking, but is mostly sedentary in nature.
