Sales Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's Family of Companies. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Set and achieve sales goals through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions and provide support as needed
  • Perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly

Requirements:

  • 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license and meet DOT requirements for certification
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm
