National Sales Development Manager

Ambitious sales professionals are invited to apply for the National Sales Development Manager role at American First Finance. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and expansion into new territories.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of $120k+ (based on performance) with uncapped commissions, making it a highly lucrative opportunity for top performers. Additionally, benefits include monthly mileage and cell phone reimbursement, paid training, paid time off, 401K matching, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a high-growth role that requires creating and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular interactions. The ideal candidate will be accountable for meeting or exceeding established sales goals by developing and maintaining a sales pipeline of quality prospects in their assigned territory. This involves visiting multiple stores daily, signing up new merchant partners, and leveraging AFF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools consistently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in an Outside B2B Sales position, with a proven track record of achieving measurable goals. You should be highly driven, with excellent organization skills, uncompromising integrity, and exceptional face-to-face selling experience. Self-motivation and the ability to build relationships with internal/external constituencies are also essential. A valid driver's license and car insurance for travel within the assigned territory are required. Experience in B2B sales presentations, negotiation & closing, as well as retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS, is highly desirable.
