Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Nurse Leader at Connecticut Children's, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and contributing to the development of our pediatric nursing teams">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and improve patient outcomes">
  • Mentoring and educating colleagues to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills">
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of safety and excellence">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting">
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)">
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut">
  • Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $ $92,400 - $115,200, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a generous benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
