Overnight Sales Associate Position at GPM Investments LLC

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Sales Associate. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to customers.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $12 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits, including a retirement savings plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

About the Job:

This overnight sales associate role involves providing warm customer greetings, operating a cash register, and managing cash refunds and exchanges efficiently. You will also play a crucial role in the shift change process by accurately counting money at the beginning and end of each shift. Your expertise in processing specialty products, such as money orders and lottery sales, will be valuable assets to our team.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment by sanitizing equipment and areas regularly. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring a smooth operation during your shifts.

Requirements:

  • Able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
  • Personable and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
