Our team delivers seamless, end-to-end programs for iconic brands like Unilever, leveraging an unparalleled network of agencies and integrated strategy, design, and execution expertise.

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the creative team in developing innovative marketing campaigns, conceptualize experiential retail designs, and collaborate with clients to understand their vision.

In this role, you will ensure creative output aligns with brand identity, unlock big ideas that engage US and global audiences, and drive commerce marketing innovation and meaningful results for Unilever.

This position requires 8+ years of agency and/or design experience, a Bachelor's degree in product design, graphic design, or related field, a portfolio of prior professional work, and a solid understanding of CPG shopper marketing.

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $230,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package including unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K with % match, and various maternity/paternity leave options.
