We are seeking highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at Rochester Regional Health.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that will offer you the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and outcomes in northern New York.
- You will be working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including 6 full-time anesthesiologists and 9 full-time CRNAs, to deliver high-quality anesthesia services to patients of all ages.
**Salary:** $305,000 per year (base pay range)
ResponsibilitiesAs a CRNA at Rochester Regional Health, your primary responsibility will be to manage patient care during procedures. You will perform anesthesia on all ages, with a mix of direction-supervision and independent practice. The position offers a lot of autonomy, with regular OR hours from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM and a mix of 24-hour shifts and 8-hour days for a total of 40 hours per week.
You will also be required to insert lumbar epidural catheters, administer spinal anesthesia, and sometimes administer Axillary Brachial Plexus Blocks. While not typical, you may perform other procedures and provide assistance as needed.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Labor epidural experience
- Comfort with central line placement (preferable but not required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
