The successful candidate will provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, working closely with our RNs, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while contributing to our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Monitoring: Perform routine assessments, including vital sign measurement, patient history recording, and symptom observation, to aid in diagnosing and monitoring patient health.
  • Procedure Support: Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and minor procedures by preparing equipment, positioning patients, and ensuring proper infection control.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, including injections and oral drugs, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects, documenting accurately.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, assist with follow-up appointments, and facilitate referrals.
  • Patient Intake: Conduct initial patient intake processes, gathering medical histories, updating personal information, and preparing patients for examination or diagnostic testing.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $19.55 - $29.32 per hour, as well as a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
