Dishware Specialist

We're seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team at the Flik Boston Red Sox location in Fort Myers, FL. As a Dishwasher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures and ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Evaluate safety procedures and maintain compliance.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Ensure kitchen floors are swept and mopped to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers, steam clean, or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.

• Previous experience in dish/utility work is required.
• Schedule flexibility: morning and afternoon shifts, weekends required, variable hours.
