Job Description:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Rising and Emerging Practitioners Program (REP3) as Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution (ECCR) specialists. As part of this program, you will work on public policy projects related to the Department of the Interior and its Bureaus and Offices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with underrepresented communities or non-dominant groups
- Strong passion for collaborative work with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with online communications platforms and tools
- Six months to three years of experience in community resilience practices, collaborative leadership, group decision-making processes, indigenous knowledge, public participation, or relevant fields
