Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering specialized care to cardiopulmonary patients in both hospital and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer specialized care to cardiopulmonary patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
  2. Participate in cardiovascular education and screening programs within the community.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current license to practice nursing in Virginia or reciprocity pending.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cardiac care, including management of complex patients with conditions such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, and LVAD.
  • Critical care experience and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) highly desirable.
  • Professional Cardiac Rehab Certification preferred.
