**Responsibilities:

This role will involve performing technical and clerical activities associated with business licenses and building permits issued by the City of Lake Worth Beach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Researching and gathering information regarding business licenses and/or building permits.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records for departmental use.
  • Assembling and gathering data to support departmental operations.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have prior experience in administrative or clerical roles, including customer service experience. A high school diploma or equivalent and valid Florida driver's license are required.
