Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services
  • Direct, supervise, and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
  • Coordinate services of all team members at the multi-disciplinary site
  • Ensure ongoing communication with leadership and staff
  • Manage human resources effectively
  • Promote positive communications and keep employees informed of changes
  • Responsible for the selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage teams to goals and standards for performance
  • Plan and organize tasks and resources to achieve strategic goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred
  • Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred
  • Three to five years healthcare sales/management experience preferred
