Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Graduate RN/LPN to join our team at Regional Medical Center. As a Graduate RN/LPN, you will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care to assigned patients by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to assigned patients
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Alabama RN License or applying for a Temporary RN License at time of employment
  • BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association
