  • Making resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours thereafter to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Verifying the identity of residents prior to administering care or serving food to guarantee accurate and personalized support.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
