The Role
As a Stylist, you'll be responsible for providing personalized styling services to our customers. This includes helping them navigate our product offerings, sharing your knowledge of the latest fashion trends, and creating lasting connections through Personal Styling appointments. You'll also be expected to promote in-store events and company programs that support our brand values. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
  • Create lasting connections with customers through Personal Styling appointments.
  • Exceed customer expectations by using customer experience, incentive, and product knowledge techniques.
  • Promote in-store events and company programs that support our brand values.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-presented store by adhering to visual brand standards.
What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of specialty retail experience.
  • Passion for fashion and a love of working with people.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficiency with technology, including store systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
