Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Doubletree Columbia. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Respond to guest requests and report any issues to management.
• Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in guest rooms.
• Report any items in need of repair to maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 50 lbs).
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
