Healing Well Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the culture and professional development of our growing team of clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in practice and be licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. You will be responsible for supervising up to 8 provisionally licensed clinicians, holding weekly one-hour virtual meetings with each and providing feedback on improving the clinician experience.

You will also maintain a part-time caseload of 15 clients per week, conduct virtual therapy services, and assess clients' mental condition and progress in treatment based on their presenting problem, clinical assessments, and any other information provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 3 years in practice.
  • Completed advanced trauma training or willingness to obtain trauma training within a few months of hire.
  • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
