We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at Seitel Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing company, providing IT engineering services to clients in the Puget Sound area.

Salary: $22 - $24 per hour (DoE)

Job Description:

This full-time position requires two to four years of hands-on technical experience or equivalent education. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a solid work ethic, and proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication. Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and advanced troubleshooting skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to clients, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to ensure seamless integration with client systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and improve overall efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of technical concepts and requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of hands-on technical experience: Desktop Support (PC), Desktop Support (Mac), Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows), Office365, familiarity with Windows Server, hosted solutions (Azure/AWS), Anti Virus Solutions, Backup System Solutions, Active Directory and/or Entra
