About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Internet Shipping Coordinator to join our team at National Auto Body Parts Warehouse Powered by Parts Authority. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, label, and store incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assess stock for damages and maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Fulfill customer orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Count and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with management to ensure key objectives are met and regulatory compliance is maintained
Requirements
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit and climb
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse environment
