The McKernan Group, a leading Northwestern Mutual agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored financial solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
  • Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, monitoring their financial plans and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ongoing training and development programs, including sponsorship for advanced certifications.
