Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay informed about the local real estate market and trends to provide expert guidance
- Conduct comprehensive market research and demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate industry

Key Requirements:
- A valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
