About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being for patients.
  2. Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to help patients achieve their goals.
  3. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of Washington.
  • NPI number obtained within 30 days of starting in the position.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
  • Current Washington State Drivers license and proof of insurability.
  • Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in acute care and/or rehabilitation center settings.
  • Membership in a professional organization.
  • Certification in area of specialty.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $42.50 per hour based on national averages and industry standards.
