Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team at Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audio visual experiences for our guests. With a focus on technical expertise and customer service, you will ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for audio visual equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with event planners to design and implement customized audio visual solutions
  • Ensure timely setup, operation, and removal of audio visual equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in audio visual technology
  • Strong knowledge of presentation software and video conferencing applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
