Agricultural and Commercial Lending Specialist

North Star Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer to originate, manage, and supervise the credit union's portfolio of commercial loans.

Role:

• To develop and maintain relationships with existing business members and cultivate new business opportunities.
• To originate, manage, and supervise a portfolio of commercial loans to meet business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of commercial lending principles and agricultural finance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
