Are you a skilled medical imaging professional looking for a challenging opportunity in interventional radiology? Cynet Health is seeking a highly qualified Interventional Radiology Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Specialist to perform a variety of medical imaging procedures, including angioplasty, angiograms, and biopsies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and experience working with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all required IR procedures, including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies.
  • Handle a daily case load of 131 and participate in weekends and evenings/nights on-call rotation.
  • Engage in primary and backup call rotation as needed.
  • Work with a patient age group primarily consisting of adults and geriatrics, with some adolescents.
  • Must have required skills in both neuro (including stroke intervention) and body procedures.
  • Use special equipment including Siemens and Phillips; experience with Acuson is preferred.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with traveler experience required; not accepting first-time travelers.
  • NC or Compact license pending is acceptable for submission; required in hand by start date.
  • BLS and ARRT certifications required.
  • Experience with EPIC and McKesson systems preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • ARRT advanced certification preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, teaching hospital, and community hospital settings.
  • Experience with ablations.
Additional Information:
  • Scrubs are provided.
  • Candidates must interview prior to offer.
  • Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
  • Must be comfortable with possible floating to different units based on skill sets and census.
  • Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week.
