About the Position

Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist Technician to join our team at SigSauer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce components within specified tolerances.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years of CNC experience preferred.
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient fine motor skills and ability to use hand tools and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. You must be able to reach, bend, and kneel regularly, as well as undergo repetitive wrist and hand motions.
