Responsibilities
  • Manage technical infrastructure and networking projects across 3 customers (school districts) in the local area.
  • Partner with directors within the school districts to discuss project priorities, develop project plans, and allocate budgets.
  • Work directly with outside vendors for technical services and equipment procurement.
  • Oversee internal technicians carrying out the technical work.
  • Communicate regularly with Superintendents and technology executives to ensure quality and timely delivery for the customers.
  • Keep projects on track using various tools, manage deliverables and timelines, and run meetings to present status and direction.
