Admiralty Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Admiralty Lawyer to join our team in Tampa, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing Admiralty Law and a law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school.

As an Admiralty Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload spanning maritime litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

You will also be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload and litigation staff
• Performing appellate research
• Staying updated on developments in Admiralty Law, regulatory changes, and industry trends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing Admiralty Law
• Excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
