Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Minster, OH. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling lift truck components, including wire & cable harnesses and other light sub-assemblies.

  • Assemble lift truck components with precision and attention to detail
  • Read and follow work instructions and assembly guides
  • FOLLOW all safety and ergonomic programs & guidelines
  • Perform basic quality checks as required
  • Operate and perform basic setup on assembly equipment
  • Participate in team-based continuous improvement activities

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment. They should also be able to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.50/hour plus $1.50 shift differential, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.
