Triumph Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Inventory Cycle Count Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory data through regular cycle counting activities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory items daily, according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Utilize inventory management software and handheld devices to record inventory counts and adjustments accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring that inventory counting processes are conducted efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures to optimize inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on inventory counts and address any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in periodic inventory audits and assist with reconciliation processes as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, (GED) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of inventory, and/or stockroom experience required.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, critical thinker.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and handheld devices for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and communicate inventory-related information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
