Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Executive Assistant to join our leadership team at Electro Switch Corp. This role will provide exceptional administrative support to our executives, handle routine financial responsibilities, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level support to our executive leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, and confidential correspondence.
  2. Financial Tasks: Process invoices for payment, reconcile daily cash receipts, and manage vendor invoices.
  3. Project Support: Assist with project preparation, material organization, and internal/external communication.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and teams.
  5. Communication: Craft and manage communication with internal and external teams, maintaining detailed records of correspondence.
  6. Benefits Administration: Assist with employee group benefits management.
  7. Meeting Preparation: Consolidate materials and information for executive meetings.
  8. Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
  1. Education and Experience: Associate's degree with 10+ years of combined administrative and finance experience.
  2. Finance Background: Strong finance support background, with experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
  4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Communication Skills: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Confidentiality: Experience managing highly confidential information.
