Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Emergency Department Nurse Leader to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a key member of our healthcare leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality patient care within the unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staffing management, performance improvement initiatives, and foster a safe and supportive environment for patients and healthcare staff
  • Ensure strategic planning, resource allocation, and professional development of nursing associates to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
  • Current license to practice in the state of assigned position (or ability to obtain license)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
  • Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
  • Formal leadership experience as a charge nurse or supervisor
Estimated Salary:

$63,421 - $96,625 per year
