As a Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing new business and acquiring new accounts through research and relationship-building.

  • You will sell, research, and develop new account opportunities, understanding the current needs of the local market and utilizing tactical selling techniques.
  • Maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and communicate actively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Lead and manage recruiters, collaborating on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions.
  • Document sales activity in CRM and provide exceptional customer service.
